If there is a mistake made when activating the UWC XPT Employee Card please activate a new card for the employee.
2. Can I activate a UWC XPT Employee Card for a brand new employee?
You must wait 48 hours after they’ve been entered into SiteWatch to activate a UWC XPT Employee Card for new employees in order for replication to take place.
3. What happens if an employee loses both of their UWC XPT Employee Cards?
If an employee loses both cards that were given to them the General Manager will have to activate a new set of cards for the employee.
4. Can employees share one UWC XPT Employee Card?
No, in order to track commission UWC XPT Employee Cards are made for individual use only.
5. What if the employee forgets to scan their UWC XPT Employee Card?
When the employee forgets to scan their UWC XPT Employee Card they will not receive any sign-up or retention commission for that membership.
